2026 Q1 — Genesis & Mining Start
Phase Goal: Complete the transition from closed beta to official public beta and activate the economic engine.Key Deliverables: Official release of Capybobo 2.0 on the TON network; formal launch of the WHS mining algorithm and $CROCO output; validation of the balance of core economic models such as EHM maintenance fees; establishment of the rarity framework for digital apparel.
2026 Q2-Q3 — Parallel Expansion
Phase Goal: Introduce deep consumption scenarios on the game side while implementing the first "Phygital Redemption".Key Deliverables: Launch of PVP Arena, Equipment Forging, and AIGC Gene Mutation systems; activation of the Guild system; release of the first batch of physical art toy components (Outfits for Art Toys); allowing users to consume $PYBOBO to redeem in-game digital apparel for physical components.
2026 Q4 — Deep Gameplay & IP Expansion
Phase Goal: Transition game into guild-level competitive play; grant NFTs interactive capabilities via AI; expand IP product lines to blind boxes.Key Deliverables: Initiation of Guild Territory Wars; launch of the AI Agent dialogue system to provide NFTs with personality and memory; global release of the first Capybobo physical blind box series; full introduction of PBT technology for on-chain authentication of physical products.
2027 Q1 — Flagship & Stability
Phase Goal: Open offline traffic entry points and drive the economic model into a stable deflationary phase.Key Deliverables: Opening of the first Capybobo offline flagship store in Hong Kong; introduction of AI interaction terminals in the flagship store for real-time offline interaction between users and their NFTs; launch of Web3 New Retail models such as "NFT Priority Purchase Rights"; aim to stabilize the ecosystem's consumption-to-output ratio within the 90%-110% range
